ABOUT TEAM LEADERS TIM DEIHL & AMY BUTTERWORTH
​Tim Deihl and Amy Butterworth have partnered up for a greater purpose, creating the Residential Collaborative. Called ResCo for short,  they are a Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty power team geared toward high level client service, collaboration and community enrichment.  Together they offer over 25 years of experience in the Greater Boston area, an innovative approach to real estate and a fresh outlook on civic engagement.

ABOUT RESCO 
​The ResCo Team has been honored among the top Boston area real estate producers year after year, selling over $500 Million worth of real estate in Greater Boston. Tim and Amy were also awarded the #1 sales team for total transactions as well as the #1 team for total revenue for their Gibson Sotheby's International Realty's office.

The collaborative work environment creates a hands on approach that allows ResCo clients to receive top-notch service in every transaction.  Amy and Tim are licensed real estate brokers, and as a team, ResCo agents are Certified Realtors, Credited Buyer Representatives (CBR), designated Seller Representative Specialists (SRS) and active members of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors (GBAR).
OUR WORK WITH HORIZONS
Tim
and Amy knew when they formed the team that they wanted community enrichment to be the cornerstone of their work. They have both volunteered with Horizons, and Amy served as their Co-Chair of the P.L.A.Y. Network (Professionals and Leaders Advocating for Youth). Horizons is leading the way in education and opportunities for homeless families and children, it seemed only fitting to support their mission.  The ResCo Team donates a portion of their income to the cause, and remains involved with advocacy and fundraising. ​

ABOUT HORIZONS​

Did you know there are over 16,000 homeless children under the age of 5 years old in Massachusetts? That's almost enough to fill all the seats at TD Garden.  

Horizons for Homeless Children works to improve the lives of young homeless children in Massachusetts and help their families succeed by providing high-quality early education, opportunities for play, and comprehensive family support services.

Amy Butterworth​ | Team Leader, Broker

Amy has over fifteen years of experience in the Greater Boston area real estate markets. Her professional performance and attention to detail set her apart from others in the business.  She has been honored year after year by Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty (GSIR) as one of their top producing real estate agents. 

Amy is committed to various community efforts and has always had a passion for working to empower girls. She is on the board at Girls Inc. of Lynn and was honored as a two-time recipient of the TEAM Big Sister of the Year award. She was the co-chair of the P.L.A.Y. Network at Horizons for Homeless Children, and continues to sit on the Leadership Committee.  She also piloted the Girls Leadership Corps for Boston Centers for Youth and Families, and was the High School Mentoring Academy Program Coordinator for Big Sister of Greater Boston.

Amy and her business partner and spouse Tim Deihl, have two adorable sons, Ray and Reggie.  They love to travel and one of their favorite trips was a week in the Azores. Amy graduated cum laude with a double major in Political Science and Women’s Studies, and she was also the team MVP and captain of the Division I NCAA field hockey program at Miami University.

Dedication, loyalty, and experience are the defining characteristics that Tim brings to each client relationship. His ability to educate within an evolving market and provide insightful guidance tailored to his clients' specific needs has allowed him to find great success in residential sales, compiling over $500,000,000 in transactions with investors, sellers and buyers. As a licensed Broker, certified Realtor ®, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Tim continues to expand and diversify his professional designations within the industry.  

Born in Cumberland, Maine, Tim now resides in his Lynn, MA home with partner Amy Butterworth, their sons Raymon Ames and Reginald Hartley. He has served on the Board of Directors for Dorchester based Greater Ashmont Main Street and co-chaired their Development and Historic Preservation Committee.  Tim was recently awarded the Main Streets Volunteer of the Year Award by the Department of Neighborhood Development and is also an active member of the PLAY Network, a volunteer based division of Horizons for Homeless Children. ResCo Companies has pledged a percentage of income to Horizons and their mission to end the cycle of homelessness.

Beyond the structure and intention of this service-based team approach, their brokerage offers more exposure and marketing support than any other. Lauren Miller | Realtor

Prior to a career in real estate, Lauren spent time as an executive in the financial services industry where she focused her energy on recruiting and development. Her experience in this fast paced industry is a valuable resource to her clients in renting, selling and buying property. Lauren is incredibly supportive to her clients and committed to giving them the personal attention they deserve. 

Lauren grew up in southern New Hampshire and went on to attend the University of Connecticut where she obtained a bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Communications. Lauren is married to Aaron and they live the town of Winchester. They have a daughter, Bailey, two sons, Max and Maverick and a pup and Bella. Lauren is passionate about giving back to her community and she is a dedicated supporter and volunteer for Horizons for Homeless Children, an organization aiming to end homelessness in Massachusetts. Lauren loves traveling and exploring new places, running around with her kiddos and spending time with her family and friends.

Michaela is the ResCo Teams' Director of Marketing and Operations, where her organizational and marketing skills allow her to provide information management support and further extend the customer serviced based team model. 

​Michaela is from the White Mountains of New Hampshire, she moved to Boston to attend Emmanuel College where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. In her free time she enjoys yoga, cooking and spending time outdoors. She lives in Bridgton ME with her partner Jack. their daughter Ada and rambunctious Cattle Dog Dux!
